Pressure Washing is a quick and cost-effective way to clean and enhance the beauty of any surface area.

Our pressure washing methods rejuvenate surfaces from unsightly mold, mildew, pollution, and other dirt stains.
All kinds of exteriors could and should be washed to remove the accumulation of mold, mildew, loose dirt,
dust, and spider webs, etc. These include Stucco, brick, painted siding, Cedar, Vinyl, Aluminum, etc.
Wash and seal decks to prevent dangerous UV rays from damaging the wood surfaces.
Concrete cleaning with a surface cleaning machine
We clean three ways:
- The surface itself;
- The preservation of the surface from future environmental decay; and
- We wash with 220 degree water which is steam cleaning.

| House Washing is done using only low pressure and 200+ degree water instead of chemicals (when
possible) to remove all mold, mildew, dirt, spider webs, etc, without using any high pressure on your paint,
windows, or other sensitive areas, using our special know-how developed over ten years of experience. This
process will also help to clean the outsides of the windows and will remove oxidation from painted areas making
them more vibrant. Washing your home improves the look of your house as well as protects your paint and siding
from the harmful effects of mold, mildew.
Decks (Wood fences, etc.) Cleaning and Sealing or Staining:
- Natural wood decks can be cleaned to look nearly brand new in most cases (click here to see before and
after pictures). A special cleaner is used to remove all mold, mildew, etc from the surface and inside the
surface grain of the wood leaving the deck looking very nice and clean, and free of all debris and ready to be
sealed or stained. This process is extremely effective and uses a medium pressure on all wood surfaces. Decks
are not cleaned with a bleach (which can have adverse affects on a deck) or water pressure only (which
involves using too much pressure to clean the deck and causes damage to the surface). Decks are normally
cleaned inside and out, including floor, rails (in and out), and stairs (in and out). The underside is not
normally cleaned except in special cases.
- After a deck has been cleaned, the boards will be porous and ready to be sealed or stained. This is done a
few days after the boards have been cleaned and have dried completely. A variety of products may be used to
seal of stain a deck or fence. A basic description is as follows: (All time estimates below are general
estimates for your information only, these will vary depending on wood locations, conditions, weather, etc.)

| The washing of concrete surfaces is normally done with high pressure, using pressure washers
along with special driveway cleaning devices. Also some bleach may be used. The cleaning will remove all Mold,
mildew, etc. Concrete will look great when washed, there is usually a black and white difference once cleaned.
Some concrete (especially new construction) may have stains which may not be removed, usually red in color. This
is generally from GA clay getting into the concrete during the first month when the concrete is still curing, or
over a long period of time. Some staining may be removed using acid. Concrete (especially garage floors) may
be acid etched to remove sealants, and various staining, especially if concrete is to be stained with a special
concrete stain.

Hot Water and No Water
- We have hot water steam machines which are used for certain types of cleaning where they have an advantage
to cold water. Also we are able to provide our own water if no water is available at the site of the cleaning.
